NOTE: Customers are advised to consult their physician before
beginning this or any weight loss or exercise program.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
The Burn Machine Limited Lifetime Product Warranty covers any and all defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover general wear resulting from use or misuse of the machine by the consumer. If the product fails to function properly, Burn Machine, LLC will repair the merchandise free of charge. If Burn Machine, LLC determines that the merchandise cannot be repaired, Burn Machine, LLC will replace the merchandise. If Burn Machine, LLC determines the item is not covered by warranty, the customer will be notified of the cost of repair or replacement. Burn Machine, LLC retains the right to make such determination on the basis of factory inspection. The Burn Machine Limited Lifetime Product Warranty is warranted only to the product’s original purchaser. Products returned for repair or replacement must be shipped in accordance with the Return Policy below.
International Orders

Return Policy
All merchandise PURCHASED FROM Burn Machine, LLC may be returned for refund within 90 days by shipping at purchaser’s expense to:

Return must be postmarked within 90 days of original purchase date. Units MUST BE RECEIVED WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS, ACCESSORIES AND RECEIPT OF SALE. A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To return merchandise, follow these procedures:
- Contact Burn Machine, LLC at (800) 380-6527 to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Enclose a copy of the original bill of sale, along with the product in its original packaging and protective carton. Burn Machine, LLC is not responsible for any shipping cost, insurance, damage or loss of product that may occur during return shipping.
Care Instructions
Chrome Finish: To remove fingerprints, simply spray window cleaner on a soft cloth and wipe the area clean.
Rotating Grips: Keep the rotating grips of the machine spinning smoothly by periodically spraying the grooves of the handle with a dry silicone spray.
